Decent program, some minor issues

I enrolled in the Professional Aromatherapy Certification Program and overall, it's been a good experience. The course material is thorough, and I feel like I'm getting a solid education in aromatherapy. The online platform is mostly user-friendly, though I did run into a few glitches with video playback occasionally, which was a bit annoying. Customer service was responsive when I had questions about the curriculum, but it took them a couple of days to get back to me. The value for the money is there, especially with the depth of the content, but I wish the technical side was a little smoother. Still, I'm learning a lot and that's what counts.

I think you have a limited window, like a week or two, to get a full refund after enrolling if you haven't started much of the material. After that, it might be partial or none.
